CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

This Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing Policy regulates the procedure and use of personal and other data of the Learn to Learn LLC website (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The current version of this Confidentiality Policy is constantly available for review and posted on the Internet on https://www.l2l-abroad.com.

By transmitting personal and other data to the Operator via the Website, the User confirms his/her permission to the use of these data on the terms set out in this Confidentiality Policy.

1.7. Registration form is a form located on the Website that the User must fill in to be able to use the Website in full.
1.8. Service(s) are services provided by the Operator on the basis of the Public Offer Agreement.

2.3.3 phone number (including mobile).
2.4. The User is prohibited from specifying personal data of third parties on the Website (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary confirmation of third parties to carry out such actions).

3. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA


3.1. The Operator is obliged to use Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Act of the United States of America and internal documents of the Operator.
3.2. Privacy of User`s Personal and other Data is ensured except in cases when the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The Operator has the right to keep an archived copy of Personal Data. The Operator has the right to store Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the United States of America.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User's consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 public authorities, including agencies of inquiry and investigation, and local government bodies at their reasoned request;
3.4.2 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the United States of America.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not indicated in clause 3.4. of this Confidentiality Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 The User has agreed to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of the Website or the Services provision to the User;
3.6. The Operator makes automated processing of Personal and other data.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION


4.1. The Operator protects Personal and other Data in accordance with the Legislation and uses appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data.
4.2. The applicable protection measures allow protecting Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS


5.1. The legislation of the USA is applied to this Confidentiality Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Confidentiality Policy.
5.2. All possible disputes arising out from the present terms are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation at the Operator's place of registration. Before applying to the court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the corresponding claim to the Operator in written form. The response period to the claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
5.3. If for some reason one or more provisions of the Confidentiality Policy are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Confidentiality Policy.
5.4. The Operator has the right to change the Confidentiality Policy (fully or partially) at any time unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Website.
5.5. The User has the right to monitor changes to the Confidentiality Policy on its own by reviewing the current version.
